Italy Camping Village

Perfect with small kids. Same format to most of these camping spots but great pool area, amenities are new and cleaned all day and night, shop has everything and is not expensive (you can spend your whole holiday without leaving the camping and just shop there), restaurant is good with good prices... people are friendly and helpful. The beach is nice enough and has a good cafe that is open early morning. I couldn't fault this place.

Had a great time here as its connected to union lido for 13 days. On the evening before I left I went and spoke to reception as they hold your passports on arrival, I wanted to leave at 4. 30am as I am driving back to the u.k and wanted to collect my passports pay the tourist tax ect but was told I was not allowed until 7.am even if I left my car outside of the campsite the evening before, I find this extremely strange. I can't imagine if I had flew here and booked a 7.am flight home which I would have had to leave the site at 4.am. They had no sympathy and said you either leave before 11pm tonight or after 7.am tomorrow. Felt like a hostage. I had a friend who visited us for the first week of our holiday with his children and when he went to get his passports the reception spoke to him very badly and charged him a late check out fee because he ate in the restraunt (which you pay for) and used the pool because his flight wasn't until 11pm that evening (even though he checked out of his caravan before 10.am) also very untrusyworthy they make you give back the wrist bands and WiFi cards(not. That the WiFi works anyway) before you leave like your going to sneak back in. Ruined the whole experience for me. Ps don't use there supermarket on site it's so expensive compared to the one on union lido.
